With their roots in Surrendered Leadership, Relatefulness, Somatic Education and Systemic Organizational Development, they bridge the worlds of embodied personal growth and organizational transformation, personal coaching and leadership development, group dynamics and team development to foster new pathways for human connection and transformation.Michael,coming from a background as systemic organizational consultant and leadership coach, has spent decades refining leadership and transformation processes within organizations. He is deeply engaged in creating organizational frameworks that integrate relational intelligence, self-organization, adaptive leadership and team coherence.Lisa, with her expertise in relational presence, somatic awareness, and facilitation, brings a profound understanding of human embodiment in connection. Her work is informed by Relatefulness, We-Flow Stewardship, and Constructive Facilitation based on the work of Alé Duarte, offering individuals and groups a space to experience deeper self-leadership, trust-building, and authentic collaboration.
